Terms and Conditions for Premium Version

By subscribing to the Premium Version of our app(s), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your subscription.


1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Premium Version of our application(s) (“Service”). By subscribing to the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, please do not proceed with your subscription.


2. Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription options for the Premium Version:

  • Monthly Plan: Billed monthly at the rate displayed at the time of purchase.
  • Yearly Plan: Billed annually at the rate displayed at the time of purchase.

3. No Free Trial

Our Premium Version does not include a free trial. The full subscription fee is charged at the time of purchase based on the selected plan (Monthly or Yearly).


4. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation

  • Automatic Renewal: All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of their billing cycles unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to renewal.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime through your app store account settings. After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the subscription.
  • Plan Changes: We may modify our subscription plans or pricing at any time. Changes will take effect after we provide reasonable notice through the app or associated app store.

5. Billing and Payment

  • Payment Processing: Payments are processed through the app store platform from which you downloaded the app (e.g., Google Play Store or Apple App Store).
  • Billing Cycle: The billing cycle depends on the subscription plan you choose (monthly or yearly), and renewals will follow the same cycle

6. Refund Policy

All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods.


7. Access to Premium Features

Subscribing to the Premium Version grants access to additional features not available in the free version. These features may be updated, added, or removed at any time to enhance the overall user experience.


8. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.


9. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Premium Version at any time, with or without notice, in case of violations of these Terms or engagement in unauthorized or harmful activity.


10. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. If significant changes are made, we will notify users via in-app alerts or email. Continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.


11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Premium Version is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free functionality, or protection from harmful components.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or goodwill resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.


13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of your local jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, and class action participation is expressly waived.
